Mental Attitude

We view and experience our world through our mental attitude. A predominately negative attitude can impact everything in our life, even our health, wealth, family and career. A negative attitude envelopes everything in our life in a blanket of negativity, and steals our joy and happiness. Negative thinking lowers our vibrational frequency and affects everyone around us. Our perception is influenced by our negative attitude, our vibrational level of frequency, all of our sensory input and much more, but most importantly by the negativity in our space. We think we see the world as it is, we do not. We also think that everyone sees the same thing we see, they do not. We each have our own unique experience of the world.
When our perception is formed with a negative attitude everything is perceived through a negative field of energy that lowers the vibrational frequency of what we are experiencing. This results in our living in a negative world full of disappointments and being unhappy. If this is your experience and you want to make some changes in your life experiences start by asking yourself what do you get from these negative thought patterns. What are the rewards? What are the costs? What experience in your past caused you to think negatively? If you can sort this out and release it you will be well on your way to making your desired changes in your attitude.
It may take some time to make the changes in your attitude that you desire, but it is well worth the effort, because everything in your life will take on new meaning and be more vibrant when you stop perceiving them through all of that negativity. Be your own best friend and eliminate your self trash talk and replace it with recognition, praise, and validation for yourself. Love yourself and recognize the Divine within. Focus on the good in your life and let go of negative behaviors. Be aware of all of the beauty that surrounds you and focus on your sensory inputs that produces pleasurable feelings. The more you focus on the good, positive, pleasurable things in your life the more of the good, positive, pleasurable things you will receive into your life. Be sure to give recognition for receiving these experiences and be truly grateful for them.
As someone who has experienced making this transition I can assure you that it is well worth putting in the time and effort to achieve a positive attitude. I also find that keeping positive requires constant reinforcement. I think of it as maintenance. I release old programming and information stored in my space on a daily basis. We are programmed from before birth until we become aware enough to stop the programming, if we ever do stop it. Programming is just stored energy. We don’t have to know what it is or anything about it. We can simply think or postulate that we are releasing all of the old energy that causes me to ——- that is stored in my space. We then bring in the opposite energy by creating a big ball of [whatever energy] and bringing it into the top of our head and fill up our space with it. I do this work while in a meditative trance, but you can find what works for you. Keep releasing the negative thought patterns and replacing them with positive thought patterns and you will develop the positive mental attitude that you desire.
